JOB DESCRIPTION
To support Area Sales Coordinator (ASC) to perform, develop & stabilize the sales volume in the assigned commercial area by:
- Maintaining & expanding sales in his area (meet target)
- Preparing accurate, efficient, & appropriate data in achieving sales target for each customer segment
- Growing Holcim retail channel through maintaining partnership & relationship with a network of distributors (RDC/CDC), Solusi Rumah franchise retailers, and retailers
- Providing assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for building material products as well as housing solution services in order to achieve revenue target, maintain market presence and meet organization’s objective
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in marketing
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Google Application, and SAP
- Language: Good command in English both spoken & written
- Other qualification/skills:
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills
- Target oriented and team player
- Customer advice excellence
- Able to work under pressure
- Dynamic and willing to travel, preferably possess driving license A
- Having a thorough territorial knowledge of Jepara - Kudus
